Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (or order confirmation for Cash on Delivery).

Delivery time: Estimated 2–4 business days for Colombo and suburbs, and 3–6 business days for other areas, after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons (e.g. Avurudu, December) or due to courier delays.

Delivery charges: A delivery fee applies and is calculated at checkout based on your location. Standard island-wide delivery is Rs 450–550.

Payment options: We accept Cash on Delivery and online card payments.

Order tracking: Once dispatched, we'll share tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp where available.

Failed/undelivered orders: Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. If a COD order is refused or undeliverable after multiple attempts, repeated issues may affect future COD eligibility.
