Return & Refund Policy

At Ceylon Casual Clothing, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to request: Contact us at [your email] or WhatsApp [your number] with your order number and reason. We'll guide you through the process.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer.

Exchanges: Size or color exchanges are free of charge (subject to stock availability). Return delivery charges are borne by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Non-returnable: Items marked as final sale, innerwear, and items damaged through customer use cannot be returned.
